Chelsea face a battle to sign top target

Chelsea face a battle to sign Sporting Lisbon’s talented young winger Bruma after the player’s agent confirmed the interest of Real Madrid, PSV and Galatasary.

The youngster is currently at the centre of a contract dispute with Sporting Lisbon with the player believing he is a free agent after his contract expired at the end of June, and the club maintaining it runs until next summer.
The case has been referred to Portugal’s Sporting Arbitration Committee and is expected to be resolved before the transfer market closes on 2 September. (Express)

Chelsea may well just be biding their time while they await the outcome of the dispute but face a bidding war when the arbitration is over.
