Ian Wright slams Chelsea duo

Ian Wright has slammed Ashley Cole for his behaviour during Chelsea’s 4-0 FA Cup win over Brentford on Sunday.
The Arsenal legend ripped into the former Gunner for diving during the clash with the League One side.
Wright was working as a pundit on ITV when he made the comments after Cole appeared to be rolling around in agony despite replays showing Brentford’s Shaleum Logan barely touching him.
Diving
The 49-year-old said: “It’s something that’s coming into the game more and more and you can’t blame the foreign players any more.
“He’s not touched him, he’s nicked something off the referee there. It looks like he’s touched him but he’s not. He’s acted like he’s hurt but he’s not hurt.
“It’s worrying to see that this is something so natural in the game now. I hate to see it. It’s horrible.”
Wright’s criticism of the Blues didn’t stop there as he took aim at Brazilian utility man David Luiz for taking out Jake Reeves with his shoulder.
The referee saw the challenge, but only deemed it worthy of a yellow card, something the former England international disagreed with.
Bully
“It’s a red card for me. It was a cheap shot. He’s done that on purpose. He’s knows exactly what he’s doing and it’s almost like bullying,” added Wright.
“He (Luiz) is one of these players who likes time to play but now I see he’s got a little bit of a nasty side to his game, a cowardly side.”
Chelsea secured a 4-0 win over Brentford in their fourth round replay at Stamford Bridge, earning them a fifth round tie against Championship high-flyers, Middlesbrough.
Should they defeat the former Premier League club they could be faced with the challenge of beating Manchester United in the Quarter Final of the cup, should the Red Devils get past Reading on Monday night.
