England international Baines is another believed to be on the list of potential targets for Chelsea, with Rafa Benitez desperate to do all he can in January's transfer window to bridge the gap to the two Manchester clubs.
But despite being forced to cash in on star names in the past, Moyes claims he does not need to sell next month, insisting to Radio Five Live "my intention is not to sell anyone this January".
The two teams will meet at Goodison Park on Sunday, with fifth-placed Everton aware that a victory would see them move above Chelsea in the table.
