It has emerged that Manchester United are reportedly lining up a move for Chelsea pair Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole when their contracts expire at the end of the season.
United boss Ferguson wants both players at Old Trafford next season – and is putting together packages to complete an amazing double deal for the Stamford Bridge rejects.
Both Lampard and Cole are out of contract at the end of June and Fergie believes the pair can make a huge impact on and off the pitch at United.

Chelsea loss would be United’s gain as both players still have a lot to give in the game and if the rumours are true and he is putting together some sort of deal, then it would be a major coup for the United boss to land two of the Premier Leagues best players for nothing .
