The negotiations are very advanced with Chelsea

It has emerged Chelsea are in advanced talks with O’Higgins wonder kid Cristian Cuevas over a possible move in the summer, as they look to bring the gifted lad to Stamford Bridge.
Cuevas’ club confirmed earlier this week that talks had been held over a possible move for the 17 year-old, and his agent Mauricio Valenzuela believes a deal will be reached in the very near future.
As quoted on the Sky Sports website he said: “The negotiations are very advanced with Chelsea.
“There are still a few details, but the situation is very advanced.”
Owner Roman Abramovic is looking to bring in brilliant and exciting talents as he looks to take his blues side into the new era and onto more success.
The lad is brilliantly talented and has a very bright future ahead of him. So hopefully we will see him develop into the kind of player that many expect him to be and although we may not be seen in the first-team for some years, I am looking forward to seeing just what kind of player we are about to bring in.
He could be our very first summer signing of many and he will surely start a spending spree by Abramovic.
