Words From Chelsea target Neymar

Chelsea target Neymar believes his Brazilian compatriot Oscar is destined to become the world's best player.
The Santos forward is good pals with the Blues midfielder but he claims his assessment of the 21-year-old's talent has nothing to do with his friendship.

Neymar is convinced Oscar has the ability to be an even bigger star in the Premier League than Cristiano Ronaldo was for Manchester United, and judging by the way he has started life as a Chelsea player he may just be right.

He said: "The Premier League has many quality players but nobody has hit Ronaldo's level.

"You look at La Liga and they have Messi, Ronaldo, Falcao, Iniesta and many others.

"He is my friend but I don't speak as a friend when I say Oscar can go on to be a better player for the Premier League than Ronaldo was.

"His technical ability is as good as any player in the world and he can score some great goals.

"He is like Ronaldinho and Rivaldo, a magician on the ball - and even though he has had a good start with Chelsea you have not seen anything yet.

"His game is perfect and he has everything to become the best player in the world in the next two years."

Neymar meanwhile, has revealed that he is in no rush to join Oscar at Stamford Bridge or to move anywhere else in the immediate future despite firm interest from the likes of Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona.

The 20-year-old is keen to continue his footballing education in Brazil, particularly with the World Cup coming up in his homeland in 2014.
